The most important success factor that has made me who I am today and helps me improve every day is meditation. There are many types of meditation, but the meditation I practice makes me reflect. In particular, it helps you get rid of feelings of inferiority, builds confidence, and above all, helps you realize which feelings are real and which are fake. When I meditate, wisdom arises in my heart. Because I can throw away the false mind I have, and the Truth is revealed.
I gave up laziness through this meditation. I meditate every evening at 8 PM with my fellow meditation partners. This routine itself is proof that laziness has been abandoned.
And I write a diary every day. This routine is also included in my meditation program. I reflect on my mind and record how I spend my time. My negative thoughts, which I wrote down as if I were pouring them into a trash can, gradually changed into gratitude. As I recorded every day, I realized how much time I was wasting. As I look back on my day, I feel happy and proud as I observe myself becoming more and more diligent. These days, I write down every day how I have helped others, no matter how small. As I, who had lived my entire life knowing only myself, begin to help others, my consciousness expands and my heart broadens.
The meditation I practice can be done with your eyes open and while going about your daily life. I walk briskly for at least 30 minutes every day. I meditate by walking quickly in a place with wide open spaces. If you feel grateful and throw away the stagnant thoughts inside you and the negative thoughts of hating others in Mother Nature, you will be purified.
I continue these routines every day and every year. Meditation is the most powerful self-development tool for me. I am on my way from being incomplete to being complete.
