How can I accomplish goals even though I am a quitter?

You just have to keep starting over while passionately praising yourself for continuing to challenge yourself. Even if the task never gets done, the experience will remain in your mind and become the fertilizer for greater achievement later.

As the saying goes “Well begun is half done.” Even if you only “did half” of many things, isn’t that great? This is the process of finding what you want and what you are great at.

For me, I take a longer time than others, and there’s nothing wrong with taking longer. Some people are naturally good at everything, while others can find greatness at just one thing. Some people are good at finishing, and others are good at starting. To be honest, I’m the latter. Ha!

I have no talent in various activities such as tennis, martial arts, and skiing, as well as dancing, singing, art, and musical instruments. I found this out the hard way 😉 However, I can swim like a fish and confidently enjoy myself in the water.

In the past, I reprimanded my quitter-mentality, giving strength to a negative mind.

Now, I think positively, encouraging and praising myself for starting. I am confident that I can find success.

My own success that I have been working on for over 20 years will happen someday, and I, who may read this article 10 years later, will have written a lot of success stories.

You can look forward to it!

I would like to introduce this meditation video which helped me to let go of negative thoughts.
