Can depression and anxiety make you feel like you’re not in love?

I’m sorry to hear about your depression and anxiety 🙁

Unfortunately, yes, and after losing my ex-wife, years of introspection, and being able to break free from depression and anxiety, I would love to share my experience to help you.

UNDERSTANDING THE MIND

When we have an emotion, it covers our whole being. Someone you love today can say something wrong tomorrow, and in that moment that love disappears for hate. Doesn’t it?

It’s the same for depression and anxiety. When there is depression and anxiety there is no space for love.

Our minds change with the conditions because we are living inside of our own little mind worlds.

YOUR MIND IS A LIE

I believe my mind. I believed the LIES of my mind and was trapped inside of it.

Eventually, my ex-wife left me. Who would want to live with such a depressive person all the time? I had so many wretched qualities I couldn’t break free from.

If I have 1 regret in life it’s that I never showed her enough love, because I was so absorbed in my own pain and misery.

I didn’t make her feel worthy. Please don’t make the same mistakes I did, you can escape from that bubble!

PLEASE GET THE RIGHT HELP

Discarding meditation has been a lifesaver for me.

Reflecting on myself who has all the depression, anxiety, pain, and suffering, and simply letting it go so my mind can be liberated from those thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Depression has turned around from 99% depression to only 1%

Come out from the shadows! Please!

There are no answers inside of your mind of lies. Come out into the bright world that is full of joy, love, and happiness.
