What’s the best relationship advice you can give someone?

In our daily life, we encounter people who don’t fit me. And sometimes, it causes us a lot of emotional exhaustion and stress.

If you understand the cause of the conflict and let it go, you can be more detached from your emotions and can see the situation more objectively.

So basically why do we conflict with others?
That’s because I have the same mind as that person.

Someone might say, “How can I be the same as that person? it’s ridiculous.”

The reason is that the trigger point of that person’s behavior starts from your mind.
If there is no reason to conflict in one’s mind, there is no conflict.

The cause is not from the outside, but the inside.

Let me share my story briefly:

I had a friend that I didn’t like. I felt annoyed with her because she only cared and thought about her stuff or things to study. Whenever I saw her behavior, I thought she is really selfish.

By chance, I started meditation and changed how I see the world and myself. I could see myself objectively.

Looking at myself, I recognized that I was as same as her. I only think about myself, my stuff, my studies, my time, and so on.

I had a mind of selfishness in me, so I reacted to her behavior. Now when I feel strong feelings from others, I know I severely have that mind in me.

My whole life, I thought I was right.
Looking back, I realized I might have been a villain to someone else.

When I reflect and discard the mind, I see myself rapidly reducing emotional exhaustion and improving myself, whereas I see myself filled with hatred and stress when I blame others.

Briefly, try to recall the person you don’t like. Someone might be a friend, co-worker, or family member. You’re the only one who gets stressed out if you live with a mind for that person.

Wouldn’t be great if you could let go of the stress and emotions you have now?
It is possible to let go of those minds.

For our happiness, let’s take some time to clear our minds.
